Yes I have lost something. This past Christmas my dog charlie had diabetes so we had to put him down. It hurt a lot because he has been in the family for a really long time. I miss him so much. But he was suffering so it was for the best. But a few months later we got a new dog named rock-o. He is just a puppy. I love him but I miss charlie more.
Yes I have lost many things before but recently I lost something important that I need and use either at home or out of school. I lost my glasses, I don't wear my glasses to school because I prefer wearing contacts to school. Over the weekend I usually wear my glasses, so when I couldn't find them I started freaking out and looked everywhere in my house. It turns out I left them at my dad's house and now have to wait until the next time I go see him to get them.
In 2013, my family lost my 21 year old cousin, David. our family was devastated of the incident. My aunt, his mom had had the idea to go to his favorite church and do the whole ceremony and blessing at this special place. We lite candles, said prayers and preyed that he would be happy where he is now. We released purple balloons,( which were his favorite color), into the sky, to god to make a sign that we will never forget him, and that we wish him well. Rest in Peace, David.
I would have to say I haven't really remember loosing something, but there has been people I have lost these last few years form sickness. That couldn't be cured. Some death's more devastating than others. I'm not writing this to remember, only to answer. That's all I've lost nothing more, nothing less.
Once, I got a video game called Little Big Planet. This was back in 2008. I loved it so much, and didn't let any of my brothers touch it. Because they all wanted to play it, I hid it under the bench in the kitchen. Know, I guess I had bad memory cause I was young. I lost the game! Well not really lost, just forgot where I put it. After days and days of searching, I finally remembered that I put it under the bench. I went to go check, and there it was.... lol. I don't lose many things, I mean I'd say that I have a pretty good memory... well now.
I have lost my keys to get into my house. This happened about last month. I walk home from school and once I get home, no one else from my family is there, so I need a key to get inside my house. Something I have always lost is my keys. I don't know why, but keys just don't like me. I have never not lost a pair of keys for more than a month and a half. So losing keys is common for me!
Once I went to my sisters soccer game and when it was over, I got into my car and I realized that my bracelet that my brother in law got for me wasn't on my wrist anymore. It was my favorite bracelet. I wore it everywhere. I started crying then I retraced my foot steps but I still couldn't find it. I felt so bad that I lost it. He got it for me in Greece. It was beautiful. Before I lost that bracelet, I've never realized how important jewelry can be to someone. I still miss that bracelet.
Something I have lost, probably my ps4 controllers without them I can't play playstation I do enjoy playing playstation and without my controllers I can't play it.It drives me crazy when I lose them because there is no method of how to find them so technically your on a huge search to find them usually I find them under the couch or up in my room, don't know how they got their but their there.
A couple of months ago my grandmother died. She was always so active, really healthy and was always involved in everything in my life. One night she went to bed all perfectly fine and the next morning my grandfather went it the room, cause she never sleeps for that long so he wanted to see if she was ok. He went in to see her and she wasn`t breathing... So he had to call the ambulance. It turns out that she had a heartattack while sleeping. :(
Two Christmas' ago, I got this beautiful bracelet from my grand-ma. Of course the klutz that I am, I lost it that night. We were having a party with all my family and it was on my wrist at the beginning of the party and when it was over, it was gone. These things always happen to me and three years later I find them, which really sucks. I felt so bad for losing the bracelet and I hope I will find it out day because even though I only had it for a night, it still meant a lot to me.
Fortunately for me I didn't take from some of my family members, and don't lose things in my daily life. I think I am very lucky to not lose things, because if I did it would be terrible, I already procrastinate all the time. I do need to get more organized and less lazy, and it would make my daily life much easier. -Billy
I always lose my socks because whenever my dog finds them he takes them and hides them and I'm never able to find them. I guess it's my fault cause I usually just leave them anywhere and my dog takes them and plays with them. Once I caught him when I was going to my room, I saw him running out and he went in my parents room under the bed so I wouldn't be able to catch him so I pretended I was leaving but I actually hid and a few moments later he tried running downstairs but I caught him. I've lost so many socks because of him and I used to have so many but I keep losing them! For Christmas I got so many nice pairs and I already lost atleast half of them! I really need to hide them from him!
I once lost a straight up 100$ bill somewhere up north (in Quebec). It was quite important later on 'cause I wanted to buy new gaming equipment but since I lost it, I had to pay a debt to my mom. I had to do this since the sum of everything was around 80$ and I really wanted a new headset. After begging my mom, I ended up paying my mom back the total. If I hadn't lost it ( 100$), I wouldn't have to cause a commotion and get my mom to buy it.
The worst thing a lost was my hockey helmet at an arena. I was only 8 years old when I forgot to put it in my bag and I was the last one out of the room so no one on the team could have picked it up. We only noticed the next week and when we went back to the arena I left it at It was gone and it was not in the lost and found. After that time I have always have had my name and phone number on my helmets and my dad always checks the room after every game or practice.
One thing that I've lost was my old iPod. I was looking for it all weekend when I was about 11. I was really sad when I couldn't find it because I used it to watch YouTube, play games, listen to music and almost everything. I later figured out that someone had stolen it after 1 or 2 weeks of searching. I never actually to this day found it, but I am pretty sure I know who took it. To this day the person still declines that they took it, but they were at my house the night before and they left early in the morning. They also had a broken iPod and all the sudden they *got it fixed*. But yeah, that's my story. I wish I still had my iPod.
