Have you ever been camping?  Do you prefer living outdoors versus indoors?

Can you tell me a camping story? Explain.

  1. I prefer living indoors versus outdoors because one of the things i hate the most are bugs. Outside is very beautiful and I love it, but I wouldn't sleep outside. If I would go camping there would be a bunch of bugs which i am horrified of and I would get terribly cold. Also camping tents aren't comfortable. The whole camping experience doesn't really interest me, but if my friends would force me, it would make me more interested because if I should be camping with anybody, it would definitely be my friends. I never camped before, but I did sleep outside in my backyard one night with my brother when I was very young. I just remember us winning about how cold and uncomfortable it was. So it wasn't a great encounter.

  2. I have never been camping so I sadly don't have any stories. I do prefer staying indoors because there's no chance of my friends or family becoming cannibals, us getting lost and practically everything I love can't be used in the outdoors because it'd need a socket or the battery would die if there's no socket to plug it in. TUMBLR'S life and you can't find that camping.

  3. I camp a lot during the summers at my camp site. We keep our RV at a camp site that is about 45mins from here. I rather stay indoors cause I like to have a comfy bed. I don't like sleeping in tents cause there are usually bugs that come in and at nights there are a sorts of animals walking around! I love camping because we usually stay there the whole summer and almost every morning we take our boat around the Lac and have breakfast on my boat. I usually eat a lot during the days and go swimming :) At nights we usually got boating. My family and I go tubing a lot from the end of my boat. We bought this thing that is meant for boats and we just do that for most of the day. One thing that I am not good at, at all is water skiing i've tried it a couple of times and I am just not good at it! I always have so much fun there! :)

  4. I have sort of been camping before. But technically not. I love living indoors in the warmth but when I am a bit older I would like to spend a lot of time outside like camping for a week or something like that. I love living indoors for electronics and technology and staying warm and being comfortable.

  5. I have never been camping so I do not have a camping story. I prefer living indoors versus outdoors because when you are indoors, you have electricity and heating / air conditioning. When you are outdoors, there's bugs and dirt and everything and you can't really enjoy sleeping outdoors because it is not comfortable. Also I would rather sleep in my bed than in a tent. While you go camping, what do you even eat? You can't have a home cooked meal when you are camping and you cannot enjoy your meal with bugs flying around you.

  6. I camp a lot during the summer with my friends and family but I would prefer to live indoors because I don't like bugs and sleeping in a tent for a weekend is fine but sleeping in a tent for the rest of my life wouldn't be fun. I like the outdoors but I don't like it that much that i would want to life in the wild for ever. Don't get me wrong camping is the best but not all the time, sometimes I just want to stay inside and watch tv.

  7. I have not been camping. I do not want to live in the outdoors, because it i very cold , the weather can become terrible at the worse moments. I love being indoors, I can eat whenever I want, move around with heated floors, and much more, because everything is easier. I really do not like then outdoors, There are many more things you are able to do indoors than outdoors as well, like more cooking ( able to cook more things ). -Billy

  8. I have never been camping so I do not have any stories. I would prefer living indoors because I don't like bugs and dirt and sleeping outside would scare me i would not sleep at all because I would be worried if they would be an animal like right next to me and sleeping inside I would feel safer and I would have heating, I would be warm and staying outdoors you cant even cook yourself a good meal so for me I rather stay indoors than outdoors.

  9. I have been on a camping trip before, actually, I've done 2 camping trips. The first was with my family and the second was with my schools. I honestly am not a huge fan of camping. I hate all the bugs and I hate having no electronics. The most common reason would have to be because I hate sleeping anywhere other than in my bed. I really prefer the warm, cosy indoors to the outdoors. I mean I don't wanna sound like a couch potato, like I still go outside and do activities. I swim, I take the dog for walks, I go to the park with my niece every few days.... I really just prefer being inside.

  10. I have been camping once with my school. I t was fun, but it was the ground was hard, it was cold and it was raining. My camping story is not the best experience, but it is one that I will remember. I would much rather live inside a nice cozy house, than to sleep in a tent with bugs. If you live inside then you get to sleep on your comfortable bed every night, but if you live outside then you have to sleep on the cold, hard ground.

  11. I have been camping before with my friend when I was younger. It was my first experience camping and I didn't really enjoy it. My friend and I slept in a tent outside the first night and I was very uncormfortable, it was cold, the ground was hard and the trees kept hitting their branches against each other. The next day we went on a hike and came back to the ground in the afternoon, it was very tiring. That night her older brother told us ghost stories which scared us and made us have a lot of trouble sleeping. When I got back to my house I was very happy to be in my room. I'd much rather stay indoors than outdoors camping out in the cold.

  12. I got camping every summer so I have some stories about camping. One time when we were sleeping a racoon came into are tent. My Dad had to call the other campers to help him get it out of are tent. After that experience I am more of an indoor person because inside I don't have to worry about animals walking in to my room. I also like the indoors more because the temperature is always the same outside it could be too hot or too cold. That is why am a indoor person

  13. I've never been camping before but I do enjoy the outdoors more than the indoors. I'm usually a very adventurous person and like to try new things but I don't think I would every really want to go camping because I I would not be comfortable sleeping outside especially with bugs crawling around and I would probably not sleep because I would be too scared. I would feel a lot more comfortable and safer sleeping in my bed rather than outside.

  14. I have been camping many many times, and I love it! with my parent its not as nice as with friends, to be honest. but with friends it is a blast :) I go camping every summer for 3 weeks on a sleep away canoeing camp. this is a camp I go to and I don't know anyone at first..... but I leave and spend 24/7 with all of them join my stay. and I think the most thing I love about the camp are not the activities witch are awesome, but the people I do them with! I get to know them better then kids I get to know join the school year or even 2, ( because I spend every day with them, and everyone doesn't care about anything... everyone is themselves, nobody because they know there never going to see you again!)
Last summer in the camp when we were canoeing the canoe flipt with me and 2 other people flipt... witch for me was scary! but everyone els laughed to death. and the canoe did not flip my it self, 3 kids jumped in the water well I was sleeping and the other 2 in the boat....the flipt the boat! well yahh, at least now its funny!
I love outside !!!! although I do find nicer to leav inside, the outdoors are great for games, camping for abit, activities like that. but I would much rather leav inside! in a worm bad, with a nice carpet, instead of hard ground.
