I highly recommend that you go OUTSIDE the BOX! Be creative and write about something you feel important or something you would like to tell your audience.
You must remember your audience. It is not simply me (Mr. Katz) reading this blog!
If you will be ranting about a certain individual, you need to leave their name out of this. You could give them a pseudonym or simply leave their name as anonymous.
Make sure your language is appropriate. Do not go on swearing tangents.

I will be blogging about my pets. I have four dogs and one cat. I used to have five but my golden retriever died last summer due to a kidney failure :(. Now I have four. Here are my dogs from youngest to oldest. Harley (Chocolate Lab 1.5yrs old), Rocky (Mix of a Golden Lab 2yrs old) Axel (mix of a golden lab and a besenji) and Bill (3.5yrs and a skinny little pug!) My cat is just a old fat cat who is turning 11 soon and is still very active! One way that is the easiest to describe him is that he looks exactly like Garfield! His name is Ben :)
ReplyDeleteI guess for this blog, I will be blogging about passions for things. Everyone has a passion. We may not know what it is until later in our lives, or we may have found it now. They may change in the future or they may stay the same. At around the age of 4 or 5, my family bought a Playstation 1. That's where my passion started. My passion of gaming. I later got a Gameboy Advanced and saved up for a Gamecube. A few years passed and I got a Wii for my birthday. after wanting to play better games than just Nintendo games, I saved up for an Xbox 360 and later an Xbox One. I'm pretty happy with my passion. Plenty of people just say it's a waste of time, or a waste of your life. In this day and age you can go pretty far with gaming. For example, the most famous YouTuber is Pewdiepie, a gamer, who makes millions every year. Just think about that before you judge others for their passions. This blog has been pretty long so I'm going to end it here.

It could be a different taste in music, taste in food, who your friends are, you can have a change in life style anything really. Change is growing in life, I have changed a lot since I was smaller, even since last year. Your qualities change. Everything changes, animals, plants or other things. I set a task for myself to change my usual life style some how every week. It could be as simple as eating something different.
ReplyDeleteThis blog I will be talking about my new laptop its an Acer,I'm glad I got a laptop of my own because I used to share one with my mom which was pretty annoying.Finally now I can do my own stuff that I need to to on this laptop without my mom also using it.I'm really glad though because sometimes I would be watching a video on youtube and mid-way my mom would ask for the laptop and I would have to wait until she's done to get back to what I was doing.I really like the laptop its a very good one too and really fast which I like so yeah.
ReplyDeleteIn this blog, I will be talking about my weekend. So this friday, I will be going to my greek school dance with Maria. On saturday, I have greek school like every week. Greek school is actually the worst thing ever! I feel bad for everyone that goes. The only day I actually have to relax is sunday even though thats my homework day. Even though my parents force me and michael to go to greek school, now they are forcing only me and mike to go to this greek party with a bunch of annoying greek old people. I was suppose to go to skytag with my friends but guess not.

ReplyDeleteIn this blog, I'm going to be talking about my favorite hockey goalie and player in the NHL! Obviously, it's not going to be Jimmy Howard. but Carey Price! He's so cool, calm and collected in such a high pressure moment, and not just once. 4-5 times per week in front of a whole city, and still managing to shine after all that! Amazing!!! When I played goalie for two years, I tried to be and play just like him. Some of the plays or saves that I made were fantastic, just like him. I really sort of felt what he goes through every week of every month. He's my idol, not for becoming a goalie in the NHL, but to be a more calm and focused person in sports, life itself, etc. Thanks!!!

For this blog im going to be talking about my hockey team. At the start of the year my hockey team (dollard civics) was not very organized and weren't winning. My hockey is the steryotype of goons. My team is full of huge players that are always getting penalties. For the past two months I haven't been playing due to a suspension, and my team has been winning everything. I still go and support my team at the games and in the lockeroom, and I now see that we have become a actual team.

I'm not doing much until Wednesday next week, that is the day I will be leaving to stay in Mont Tremblant for about a week.My family rented a giant house/cabin where we will stay in with all my cousins, aunts, uncles and family friends. I'm especially excited to see my friends that I haven't seen since the summer and reunite during the break.
ReplyDeleteFor this blog, I am going to talking about my spring break plans. On Sunday I am leaving to go to Florida. I am going with my mom and my sister. My grandparents are already there wanting for us to go join them. We are staying at my grandparents penthouse. I had so much fun last year and I hope I have as much fun this year. I am coming back on Monday, so I will be missing school.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to write about teachers. We all know spring break is tomorrow, and like all normal nice teacher, they would usually not give you homework. But theirs this one teacher who ALWAYS gives my class homework on breaks. Personally I think on a break the teachers shouldn't give there students homework, maybe sometimes over the weekend but not on a week break, we kids work hard in class (sometimes) and I think we shouldn't have homework over the break.
ReplyDeleteI guess I am going to talk about my hopes for spring break. Obviously, I am not going to do much. I'm sure that I will be playing video games in happiness for most of the week. But other than that boring talk, I hope to do some fun activities with my family. I mean were not going on vacation but I'm sure we can do some fun stuff. I heard my mom say that we were going to the Pointe-Claire pool. Maybe one day we will go to the theatres. I'm also really hoping that the weather gets better during the break. Honestly, there isn't much to say about my hopes for the break, cause I don't really have many hopes... lol.
ReplyDeleteI will be writing about the movie I just saw, Hector and the search for happiness. It was a great movie! It was pretty funny and very inspirational. It's about a guy who goes travelling a few places to search for happiness and what it is exactly. I'm glad I watched it because I got a good laugh from it and learned a few things. I would recommened this movie.
